Attending your class was a privilege on many levels. Maybe there should be a self addressed envelope for people to write back how they feel, because I know in my heart the amazing changes that took place would be a testament to brave people wanting to make changes in a loving supportive environment. I know my heart is swelled with feelings. Embracing your changes in a "letter to your teacher" is another great exercise in self worth. It's been so long since I have felt such inner joy and love, my eyes water in happiness!
