Our lives are based on the many intertwining relationships: the relationship with our self, partner, family, friends, coworkers, community, and the world/earth. How we respond to the varied, multi-faceted, overly complex relationships in our lives is a window into the evolution of our emotional worlds. We'll explore the sabotaging techniques we create to keep our emotional selves safe and intact in a world of ever changing rules and old memory patterns that chart our direction. We'll discuss our self-esteem and how that plays out over the course of our lives. And most importantly we'll talk about how to change our behavior into a new model of taking responsibility and shifting our perspective on the incredibly important relationships that govern our daily journey.
