Another of my clients that I have worked with for the past year and a half, is a strong willed woman, that on my first visit with her, I felt wasn't willing or ready to take the responsibility to change. How wrong I was. She has been one of the most determined and focused individuals I have met. She has been consciously working on changing old patterns of belief, cellular memories, reactive behavior and becoming more responsible for ALL things that take place in her life, and consciously making choices that are for the betterment of her being. She is an inspiration.
I have learned a great deal from the many sessions we have had over the past several years. In fact, I could probably write an entire book about her, as her stories are so varied as well as inspiring. The one I am going to share can actually become a tool, a great visual for all of us to help us change our view, our perspective on how we see things and manifest our daily lives.
The picture that came to me was a very simple image. She was out in the ocean on a raft. The sky was blue and dominant, the air warm and breeze-less. Land was no where in sight and there was a mast with a lifeless sail. She was absolutely inert. It was a perfect analogy of her life at that moment. No visible signs of movement, no action, no change, static, a lack of awareness. No creation.
This is where I truly had one of those moments, an epiphany, a clarity in thought and connection that is hard to translate into multiple letters of the alphbet. It's as if the colors of the trees intensified and I could see the connection between all things created. It was one of those gold star moments. Please extend your consciousness to see the bigger dimensionality of this, because I know in expressing this, you'll think, okay. I've heard this before, or this is no big deal. Read the words, feel them with your heart and use them for visualizing how to manifest your highest potential.
I got "it". The "IT" she was trying to express to me to share with herself on the earth level. I got the picture. She was Everything. She was the cloudless sky. She was the still, calm, silent water. She was the raft. She was the mast. She was the land so far away, and the cloud not manifested and the wind that wasn't blowing. She was all there was, is and will ever be. This is US. We are everything. A spark of God, the Universe, we are everything, connected by stardust. She then had to visualize herself as all of IT to change the view, the perspective. She had to be the cloud to create change, to be the wind to create flow, to be the sea to float with a current, be the sail for movement, she had to be the land to direct her vision upon.
It is a beautiful analogy and metaphor to focus our stagnant dreams. This is how we create the change we so desire in our lives. We have to take responsibility for all that goes on within our lives, as it is all a reflection of our interior self (ves), as we are multi-faceted individuals connected by the threads of conscious creation. We BEcome the people we desire to be around, to spend time with, to love. It all comes from within us. We have to love ourselves for true transformation to take place and take hold. Be the raft, the sky, the art, the song, the love. Emmerse yourself within the molecules and become one with the elements, realize the potentiality of creation. Put on music if it will help the visualizations. Go outside and connect with the trees, the flowers, the meadows, the birds the sky. Breathe it all in. Forgive yourself and others. Then love yourself if only a step at a time. The key is to "just do it" as Nike says.
And as you can image my client became one with her vision and created all the changes needed for her to reach land safely and happily. You can do this too.
