Creating an Enchanted World
What if your reality began a gradual change towards peace and harmony, excitement and adventure?

I love discussing, contemplating, and extrapolating ideas, concepts and philosophies that involve our greater senses and those of the universe. I have been exploring these ideologies since I was quite young; I feel quite fortunate that this is my job in working with people. Interestingly enough though, when working individually with someone the issues usually narrow back to the same basic challenges: relationships, abundance/finances/career, health/illness/vitality and life’s purpose. Actually this is a good thing, for in fact when we are in sync and harmony with our self and our environment the rest of the world follows. This takes us into the concept that we are in fact mirrors to the greater reality. If we are happy, the world around us reflects the same value.

A wonderful example of this theory is the new Disney movie called “Enchanted”. The story is about a young girl from the world of fantasy and ‘make-believe’ who is cast out of her simplistic natural world (The Garden of Eden?) and is thrown into the human world of chaos, mixed emotional signals, expectations, poor communication and fear. We see her change and shift and broaden her emotional depth from her exposure to the vast emotional playing field that is presented to her; however the greater change and shift comes from the people around her who begin to see the beauty and joy of the world, smiling and singing with enthusiasm and exuberance. Each becomes a reflection of the other growing with the experience.

The bottom line is we need to change our self to literally change our reality. This means no more blame and anger, instead moving into forgiveness of others and most importantly ourselves. In shifting our belief patterns and our mental mind games, we have the ability to shift our daily life. Really examine how you see the people in your world. Do you see them as kind and generous, loving and available or do you see them as selfish and arrogant, small-minded and withdrawn? Imagine seeing them as all they are capable of being, of loving compassionate humorous generous honest and kind. See yourself the same way: all you are capable of being. Imagine a world like that, where everyone is the best they could be!! Wow! What a concept! Wouldn’t we all love to live in that world? We can literally, by changing how we perceive ourselves and our environment. The change has to come from within, in recognizing our part in the play. We are the writer, director and actor and can choose how the play evolves.

What if you were actually limiting those around you with your beliefs about their personalities, their actions and re-actions? What if you changed how you saw them? What if you daily shifted your perceptions of yourself in relation to the individuals in your life? What if your reality began a gradual change towards peace and harmony, excitement and adventure? What if this were possible because you were willing to take the leap of faith and belief in yourself enough to make it happen? Wouldn’t it be worth the effort? Find a mirror in your life that can help you access the hidden beliefs and patterns that are limiting you to your fullest experience. Be willing to explore the inner corridors of patterns that hold you back from expansion and passion. Imagine a world where it is possible, all because you changed and took the personal responsibility. Imagine living in a world of ‘enchantment.’ Imagine and make it real.

Candia has the extraordinary gift of remote chiropractic healing. After a year of physical therapy, I was still having pain and inflammation in my knee from a fall I had taken. I called Candia one evening. She told me to go lie down and call her back in 30 minutes. As I lay still, I could actually feel her working on my knee. When I called her back she told me what she saw to be the problem and that she was able to line things up properly. That was over a year ago. My knee is trouble free and I am ever grateful!
