The Archipelego: Islands of insight in a sea of possibilities

Insight and spark for Autumn inspiration
A reading from the ‘Wellness’ deck

To an Auspicious Autumn!

I am actively working on three new “decks of inspiration” I am hoping to have complete by the end of the year: 1. Wellness, 2. Relationships and 3. Financial/abundance cards. I drew from the ‘Wellness’ deck for insight and spark for Autumn’s inspiration:

Disappointment: stomach meridian. All around I see individuals who have been disappointed and disgusted with current circumstances (see Tea Party movements around the US, disgruntled with politics as an example of a larger dynamic at play). People are losing their homes, jobs are stagnant, stress is rampant and our health continues to decline. Okay, so what do we do with this??? If we begin to make the changes on a personal level we can impact the larger picture.

When we recognize our own disappointments it is the first step to releasing the emotion. Isolate the events, memories and individuals; forgive yourself and others involved. Strengthening points for the stomach meridian are on the back of your hands near the wrist bone below your little finger. Massage points on both hands to strengthen the stomach meridian. As you massage, focus on contentment in your life, breathing deeply, releasing old disappointments. Draw to you tranquil scenes that are relaxing and inspiring simultaneously. Taking time to balance stress in your emotional and mental world of work, commitments, obligations, and family will enable your physical body to do its natural job of being healthy.

Be mindful of the foods you eat. Remember all food is frequency; your body is as well. Not all food frequencies work with your body. Listen to the signs your body gives you; do not eat food if pills are needed afterward to keep things settled. Massage your thumb mount, closer to the side rather than palm side, to activate food assimilation. It is easier to avoid them and keep your body healthy. Avoid all white foods: sugar, bread, pasta, rice and potatoes, these impact the spleen and pancreas. Read labels; if it has corn syrup, put on your ‘do not consume’ list. Your health is vitally important; it is up to you to keep it that way, not your work, not the government, or family. It is time to really listen to your personal needs. Exercise is important as it helps to assimilate food and keep the body’s organs, muscles and structure balanced and energized. Make time for a daily walk, run or bike ride.

This is also third chakra energy which moves into self-esteem and confidence. Combining exercise, eating mindfully, letting go of disappointments and moving into contentment enhances our self-esteem, brightening our third chakra, lessening the stress on the adrenal glands.

The autumn is a wonderful interval to let go of disappointments and emptiness; these emotional responses are colorfully mirrored in the yellows (third chakra color) and oranges of transitioning leaves, naturally falling to the earth to be re-assimilated into new energy. Tranquility is the mantra of the season.

I have also included several vital reports on what is happening in the world of supplements in the EU and here in the US. Please take time to read and cast your vote of support for health freedoms. There is also a link on recent archeological findings in Mexico and an inspiring video. Enjoy.

  2. Dr. Rima’s health freedom site. Become involved with her political initiatives to stop Congress from passing oppressive health bills that take away our personal freedoms. Visit site...
  3. The 10,000-year-old boy's bones found in an underwater Mexican cave that could rewrite the history of the Americas. I love this short article as it validates the ‘information’ I received years ago in Tulum about the depth and length of the civilization. I feel and believe Tulum and the ancient Mayans were vestiges of Atlantis; the last of which went below the waves somewhere between 12, 000 and 11,500 BCE. It is exciting when science and metaphysics come together in a cohesive whole. Read story...
  4. ‘The Strangest Secret’, first published in 1964. A good friend shared this link with me and I am passing it on. Very simple and inspiring message. Read story...

I have to tell you that this is really no "small change". You see, Aaron has a history of aggressive outburst in the class room. We were typically seeing at least 2-3 a week, and we have seen none since you worked on him. And, when he wasn't being aggressive, he was constantly protesting and yelling at people at the slight little provocation. His gut is still a little iffy, but I'm sure that will straighten out in due time. So, this truly is a very BIG thing, to have received such a report from his teacher. I am really bummed that I cannot attend the next gathering, but I'll make sure not to sign up for anymore classes over the summer so that I can attend the following gathering. I am really looking forward to joining the group and to learn more from you as a teacher and cosmic big sister. Love and Light!
