There are so many layers at play in the world today that integration of all of our senses, our awareness, our consciousness, is the best and most complete way to higher levels of attunement.

With that in mind, integration can then be brought into everyday awareness of choices and decisions by integrating your intuition into your rational thinking. Combining the two pieces - your head and your heart, your mind and your soul - you then have the ability to stay grounded, stay focused, work the "dentrites" in the brain, employing a larger piece of gray matter, listen to your instincts, and become a more whole complete You.

This is truly our goal as human beings, the integration of awareness into higher consciousness. We begin to view the world from a new vision, seeing all living things as connected, all part of the same universe, all part of the plan. With every step taken in this direction, we affect those around us by being a mirror of wholeness, kindness, and love.

Integration in relationship to the work I do, brings many worlds together to create a vision, a story, a shift in thoughts, beliefs, and creates change in the body. Tapping into your greater story, by reading your astral books, a clearer view of the world around you begins to take shape. Perhaps it's information you already intuitively know, however it could be information of which you seek validation. Glimpses of other aspects of yourself begin to take shape helping to redesign who you are today, or at least helping clarify issues or feelings that had been difficult to articulate. Combining information from your higher perspective, working intuitively on the physical body becomes easier, helping to integrate the emotional issues with the body's imbalances.
